Design a health management dashboard for high net worth individuals that specialises in concierge services as an MVP, while also keeping in mind the aim of predicting life longevity in the long term vision.

Duration: 8 months and counting (Started January 2025 - currently MVP 1 in UAT)&nbsp;

User 1: High Net Worth Individual (Above the age of 50) (Less familiar with latest technology/devices)

User 2: Hight Net Worth Individual (Below the Age of 50) (More updated with the modern day tech)

User Goal: To have a hassle free health management concierge, that takes care of health tracking as well as suggest longevity measures.&nbsp;

User Pain Points: Booking appointments is a hassle, require guidance as to which tests need to be done for preventive healthcare.&nbsp;

Finalise the UI design theme and stay consistent across.

Map the data points to the third party EHR and design MVP accordingly.

Get the user onboarded and start with his testing schedule.

User being able to access all his/her health data like reports and goals at one place.

User being able to keep track of his/her care team at one place. &nbsp;

MVP 1 to have the onboarding and initial testing procedures with schedule. 

Showcase reports associated with the initial testing.

Have a health section to showcase gaol along with progress tracking. 

Have a separate co-ordinator login dashboard for member management.

Have a section to view appointment summary letters post appointment. 

Have a secure sign-up and login flow protected by two factor authentication. 

Get the member health info gathered during the intake confirmed via a data verification flow at sign up. 

Initial Ideation, low fidelity wire-framing &amp; theme confirmation. 

Solidified the final branding document in collaboration with the client marketing team (Meanwhile the dev. team setups the environments in AWS).

Reviewed the Athena APIs and finalising the feature list as per the available data points.

Solidified the MVP 1 high fidelity design &amp; working prototype after intensive layout variations and design decisions as per the ongoing discovery, keeping user personas in mind. 

Participated actively in the testing on different environments, collaborating with the front end developers, QA for UI refinements as per Figma.
